PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of surely absorbing a shock extend on an obstacle. SOLUTION: An inside surface of an upper member is extended upward to serve as a front extension 18, the front extension 18 is formed as a cantilever beam bent outward on the side of a car body, a front upper part 21 of a fender outer plate 20 is connected to a tip end of the front extension 18 by a connection bolt 23, the front upper part 21 is bent toward a bonnet edge and bent outward on the side of the car body in the vicinity of the bonnet edge, so as to form a dogleg-shaped section by the front extension 18 and the front upper part 21, and a hollow 15a receiving a protrusion margin S of the connection bolt 23 is provided in an upper surface of the upper member. Two members in an upper part of the extension and the fender outer plate are deformed, and a deformation amount of the extension can be sufficiently ensured. |
