PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture multi-layer molded products which are free from impairing of an appearance or the deterioration of cushioning properties and have an attached less deformable and outwardly good-looking skin material. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing multi-layer molded products comprises (1) a step to supply a skin material to a specified position between the male and female parts of a mold in an open state, (2) a step to supply a molten thermoplastic resin in a space between the skin material and the mold surface of either of the male or the female parts, (3) a step to clamp the mold while or after supplying the molten thermoplastic resin, (4) a step to cool the molten thermoplastic resin primarily in the mold, (5) a step to open both male and female parts of the mold and form a space A between the surface of the skin material and the mold surface of the mold, (6) a step to cool the molten thermoplastic resin secondarily in the same state as (5) and (7) a step to open the male and the female parts after the setting of the molten thermoplastic resin and remove the molded products from the mold. |
