PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrombosis filter that can be implanted and fixed in a specified position in a vein and recovered through an endovenous route even after the formation of neointima hyperplasia. SOLUTION: Atraumatic anchoring and disengagement mechanism for a permanent implanting device comprises a plurality of thrombosis filter means 46 for holding thrombotic substance moving in a second direction at the time of being spread out in a first direction; a plurality of positioning means 62 connected to the thrombosis filter means 46 and having a plurality of corresponding wall surface engaging means 64, 66 engaged with corresponding lumen internal walls and spread out in the second direction to limit motion into the second direction; and a retracting means for retracting a plurality of positioning means and thrombosis filter means in response to control applied percutaneously from the outside for disengagement in the second direction. |
