摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject device capable of recovering arm kinetics by allowing moving of arms without imposing excessive burden on an operator to prevent the atrophy of the muscle of the arms while the motion of fingers are accomplished simultaneously to be effective for the recovery of an entire kinetics and also achieve a handy utilization thereof even at home by miniaturizing the apparatus. SOLUTION: One end of a wire looped on a drive pulley reversibly rotating with an electric motor is fixed at one end of a mobile base while the other end thereof at the other end to longitudinally reciprocate the mobile base. At the same time, an arm carrier base 30 provided with a plurality of manipulating parts 76, 79, 80, 81 and 82 independently pressable by fingers is securely arranged on the mobile base. Then, the arm carrier base 30 is reciprocated longitudinally at a specified speed to carry an arm part ahead of an elbow on the arm carrier base 30. Thus, the arm can be moved forward and backward without excessive burden on the arm while the manipulating parts 76, 79, 80, 81, and 82 are pressed by the fingers.
