SOLUTION: This lithium cobaltate-based active material of positive electrode for lithium secondary battery has a lattice constant of the c-axis of a lithium cobaltate crystal within the range of 14.040-14.050 Å and the direction of the (003) face within the range of 500-900 Å. The lithium secondary battery uses the positive electrode containing the lithium cobaltate-based active material. |
