PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment tire in which rubber of a crown part and other places is partitioned clearly to demonstrate respective effects sufficiently. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a segment tire in which a mold A in which the cavity (a) of a crown part is formed and a mold B in which a cavity (b) of another part is formed are combined, and unvulcanized rubber is packed in the partitioned cavities and vulcanized with heating under pressure, a partition plate (d) is inserted between the mating faces of the molds A, B to divide into two cavities (a), (b), unvulcanized rubber which is conformed to respectively required properties is packed in the respective cavities (a), (b), the partition plate (d) is removed, respective kinds of unvulcanized rubber are injected into each cavity and pressurized again, and both kinds of unvulcanized rubber are vulcanized with heating under pressure and bonded together. |
