Universal connector

Universal connector (30) designed for use in various containers having a fluid port (14) for access to the content (12) of the container (10) or for transferring fluid into the container. The universal connector (30) incorporates an elastomeric membrane (90, 92, 100, 110) capable of being ruptured by an access means such as a luer connector (120) or a syringe having a sharp or blunt cannula for fluid communication between the content of the container and the access means.
