PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high gas exhausting efficiency in a die for die casting with high reliability by exhausting the gas in a die cavity and/or a pressure chamber with a first and a second exhausting valves, closing the second exhausting valve before fully filling the die cavity and closing the first exhausting valve with molten metal hitting an impact transmitter after being introduced an exhausting channel. SOLUTION: At the first working stage, the molten metal G is filled up into the pressure chamber 1. At the second working stage, a plunger 2 is advanced till closing a filling hole 2 and check valves A, B are opened to suck and exhaust the gas in the die cavity 8 through a vacuum pump 18. At the third working stage, when advancing the plunger 2 until the pressure chamber 1 is fully filled with the molten metal G, the second exhausting valve 12 is closed. The gas is sucked and exhausted with the first exhausting valve 11 until the molten metal G reaches the impact transmitter in a valve assembly 10 and the impact transmitter is worked with the impact force of the molten metal G and the first exhausting valve is closed to execute the two stage gas exhausts. |
