<p>A thermoplastic curtain wall system is provided for forming a vertical curtain wall (10) from a plurality of wall sections (20). Each of the wall sections includes a rectangular thermoplastic panel (20) to which at least one locking strip (22) is fused to. The locking strip (22) is formed with two generally dovetail shaped locking members (30A,30B), a channel (33) and a locking lip (38). In joining two of the wall sections (20), the locking strips (22) of adjoining wall sections (20) are homogamously interlocked to form connecting joints. Spaces are defined in the joint for accommodating sealant material. <IMAGE></p> |
