PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatically powdered tea making apparatus which offers flavor peculiar to powdered tea by enabling moderately bubbling while allowing automatic injection into a vessel. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a hot water tank 3 for boiling hot tea water 1, a hot water heater 5 adjacent to the tank 3 to supply the hot tea water 1, a powdered tea storage container 7 to store powdered tea 6, a powdered tea weighing part 8 at a lower part of the powdered tea storage container 7 to perform a constant amount measurement of the powdered tea 6, a powdered tea supplying part 9 to deliver the powdered tea weighed by the powdered tea weighing part 8 and an agitation container 10 which is supplied with the powdered tea 6 and hot tea water 1 to be agitated by a jet pressure from the hot water heater 5. The agitation container is charged with the powdered tea 6 through the powdered tea supply part 9 and the hot tea water 1 is injected into the agitation container 10 by varying the injection value thereof with the hot water heater 5. |
