PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer for laver capable of efficiently and extremely satisfactorily carrying out drying of laver, readily controlling and simply constituting at a low cost by separately feeding heating air streams having different calories into a drying chamber and applying proper drying corresponding to properties and drying state of laver to the laver. SOLUTION: In this laver dryer 3 for drying laver by feeding heating air streams into a drying chamber 20 in which plural laver screen holder-carrying mechanisms 21 and 22 for drying chamber capable of circulatively carrying laver screen holders 4 in a vertical face are vertically installed in rows, a combustion cylinder on the upper stream side and a combustion cylinder on the downstream side which communicates with the upper stream side combustion cylinder are arranged on the side of the drying chamber 20, and ventilation passages for feeding heating air streams produced by heat exchange with the respective combustion cylinders into the drying chamber 20 are formed in mutually isolated state. |
