PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-cutting tool enabling smooth cutting of the skin and meat of fish, especially cuttlefish. SOLUTION: This surface-cutting tool for cuttlefish and fish is provided with a base 1 having a cutting opening C, a plate-shaped cutting blade 2 placed in the cutting opening C in a tensioned state and protruding its knife point from the lower face of the base 1 by a prescribed length and a pressing member 6 placed interposing a prescribed gap from the plate-shaped cutting blade 2. The application of the tension to the plate-shaped cutting blade 2 is performed e.g. by making the lateral length of the cutting opening C of the base 1 to be variable. |
