PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine composition for preventing or treating male sterility, capable of effectively preventing or treating male sterility, by including a sesame meal extract and/or an oyster extract. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) a sesame meal extract and/or (B) an oyster extract. A sesame meal is mixed with water, heated to >=75 deg.C stirred for >=30 minutes and cooled to 20-70 deg.C to give (i) a sesame meal extract, which is adjusted to proper pH, reacted with a peptidase resistant to an acidic range, heated at >=75 deg.C for >=30 minutes, subjected to a filter press and centrifuged to give (ii) a crude sesame meal essence solution. Then the solution is concentrated, sterilized and dried to give (iii) sesame extract powder. The components (i), (ii) and (iii) are the component A. Crassostreagigas is treated with an enzyme to give (iv) a water-soluble essence, which is concentrated to give (v) a concentrated essence, which is dried to give (vi) oyster essence powder. The components (iv), (v) and (vi) are the component B. |
