<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing device for improving processing speed. SOLUTION: This device comprises; a laser oscillator 1; an output adjusting means 2 for adjusting a laser light L being output from the laser oscillator 1 to a given output; an irradiation pattern forming means 3, which divides the laser light L into plural portions as soon as the laser light L passed through the output adjusting means 2 is incident, and restores the cross sections of laser lights L1 , L2 to be divided into given shapes; and an objective lens 4 for condensing the divided lights L towards a work.</p> |
