PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier for safely operating a pneumatic equipment such as an air motor even at a low temp. by removing the moisture in compressed air on this side of the air motor. SOLUTION: This air pressure-utilizing equipment is used in a cold environment a <=0 deg.C air temp. In this case, a buffer tank 9 is connected between a compressor 3 and a pneumatic equipment through a cooling pipe 6, a hollow- fiber membrane utilizing dehumidifier 10 is set in succession to the buffer tank 9, and a lubricator 11 is connected to the dehumidifier 10.
