PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the existing of a bicycle or automobile in a tunnel and at dusk and night by a light energy accumulated at daytime from a side by an eyesight easily and reduce a traffic accident effectively, by provoiding the wheel equipped with a light accumulation plate on the outer edge near a tyre of spokes. SOLUTION: A light accumulation plate 3 is installed so as not to be come out even if a wheel 2 is rotated by a proper means such as screwing, calking and inserting between spokes 22 near the tyre 21 of the wheel 2 of a bicycle 1. One side of this light accumulation plate 3 is formed to an acute angled reflection surface on which pyramids are continued on all sides. Here, the base of the light accumulation plate 3 is the transparent resin such as ABS resin, acrylic resin and polystyrene and it is molded by the light accumulation material with 10∼30% at a weight ratio and the mixture of 1% or less of a fluorescent dye with a pigment.
