PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device and a method with which an additional processing can be carried out by automatically detecting a desired processing area and allocating an already registered, desired additional processing shape to said area, not depending on an operator's discretion when the additional processing is called for. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a Y axis carriage 2 which is horizontally movable in parallel to an angular shape frame 1, and a processing head 5 having a vertically movable Z axis carriage 3. Inside the angular shape frame 1, an image recognition means 6 is installed to recognize a processed product shape or a work remaining member for memory registration and displaying them on the screen. In case of an additional processing to the processed product, a desired, already registered additional shape is CAD inputted, and in a case of an additional processing to the remained member part, an allocation is carried out rationally by an allocation nesting function. A processing means is also provided with for carrying out the processing according to the CAD inputted information or the allocation information. |
