PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide winding device and winding method by which quality can be improved by a simple structure. SOLUTION: Moving guide rollers 23, 24 revolve by a prescribed angle θin a prescribed period in a B1 direction and a B2 direction and guide a web 1 traveling in an A direction in A1 ' direction and A2 ' direction. When a web guide device 2 moves the web 1 in a width direction, the web 1 travels toward a winding part 6, meandering. In the winding part 6, also an end face 10a of a winding 10 becomes non-uniform so as to wind the web 1 whose location of a tip part 1a becomes non-uniform. Therefore, even if a printing layer 1b is formed in a flow direction of the web 1, the printing layer 1b is not overlapped within the winding 10. As a result, a pressure difference is prevented from being generated between a part where a printing layer 1a is formed and parts except the part and a pressure distribution can be made uniform, within the winding 10. |
