<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffuser which can be independently, easily and surely taken out and reinstalled, even when a membrane separation device is installed to a small sized combined treating septic device, etc. SOLUTION: This diffuser is supported an air feed tube 35 in the vertical direction which is provided with a diffusing nozzle 38 on the lower end part side with a bracket 39 provided on the outside face of a case 22 rotatably around an axial center. Thus, only the diffuser 24 can be ascended and descended in such a state that the diffusing nozzle 38 is positioned at the outside of the case 22, and also the air feed tube 35 is directed to the vertical direction.</p> |
