PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the image quality and a reliability in a three-dimensional image by reducing the artifact of the image in a realtime three-dimensional imaging method in an ultrasonograph. SOLUTION: The device is provide with an ultrasonic probe 14 and configuration elements 11, 12, 13, 21, 22 and 23 concerning transmission/reception for driving the ultrasonic wave probe 14 and scanning a three-dimensional area in an examinee. Then, a band-pass filter 24 for extracting a higher harmonic component from the output of a reception signal which is obtained by the scanning and a three-dimensional re-constituting part 25 for generating the three- dimensional image based on the higher harmonic component are also arranged. |
