PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a D-amino acid oxidase having an optimum temperature in a wide range, and useful for a diagnostic reagent for a disease such as kidney disorder, dementia of Alzheimer or cataract, or the like by production using Fusarium oxysporium S-1F4. SOLUTION: This D-amino acid oxidase is produced by Fusarium oxysporium S-1F4 (FERM BP-5010). Further, the D-amino acid oxidase has an optimum temperature of 30-40 deg.C and an optimum pH of 7.5-8, and the D-amino acid oxidase preferably has a molecular weight of about 162,000. |
