PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop an engine with the signal from a center device when a vehicle is stolen and to transmit the vehicle position information and a stationary image in the vehicle to the center device from an on-vehicle device. SOLUTION: A search instruction for a stolen vehicle is inputted from an input section 1 and transmitted by radio from a transmission/reception section 7. The signal is received by the transmission/reception section 11 of an on- vehicle device and judged by a judgment section 13, an engine is stopped by the signal from an engine control signal generation section 3 via an engine controller 14, the information signal of the vehicle position is generated by a vehicle position information signal generation section 15, the stationary image from a camera 16 is coded by a stationary image coding section 17, and it is transmitted by radio to a center device from the transmission/reception section 11. The signal is received by the transmission/reception section 7, the information of the vehicle position is displayed on a vehicle position information display section 4, and the stationary image decoded by a stationary image decoding section 5 is displayed on a monitor 6. |
