Container closure which converts from a child resistant to a non-child resistant configuration

A container closure which can be converted from a child resistant configuration to a non-child resistant configuration. The container closure includes an external cap (2), an internal cap (10) and a locking element (8) removably mountable on a tamper evident band (5). The locking element (8) is inserted between the external cap (2) and internal cap (10) to form the non-child resistant configuration. <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
