PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an apparatus of a standard specification and to correctly function a seat belt for an occupant on a wheelchair in a modified vehicle for the wheelchair. SOLUTION: An anchor plate (support member) 28 is fixed to a shoulder anchor 23 standard-equipped to fit a suspension member 12, and the suspension member 12 of a seat belt 10 is fixed to an anchor section 30 provided at a position higher than the shoulder anchor 23 on the anchor plate 28. Even when an occupant is seated on a wheelchair having a seat face higher than the seat of a standard specification, a seat belt 11 is surely hooked on the shoulder of the occupant, and the occupant protecting function by the seat belt 11 operates correctly. |
