PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably achieve high density and high resolution printing. SOLUTION: A plurality of first control electrodes 37 are arranged in parallel to each other and a plurality of second control electrodes 39 are arranged so as to across the first control electrodes 37. A toner conveying belt 29 carrying toner which is charged at the side of the first control electrodes 37 in a portion between the first and second control electrodes 37, 39 is conveyed in a direction S and a recording medium P is conveyed at the side of the second control electrode in a direction S1 opposite the conveying direction of the belt 29. A predetermined voltage is applied across the first and second control electrodes 37, 39 and a predetermined voltage is generated therebetween so that the toner on the belt 29 is allowed to fly toward the recording medium P. |
