PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lateral rigidity of a rubber roller by providing a rubber layer harder than the hardness of the rubber for constituting an endless rubber elastic body between an anti-expansion body and a rubber lug. SOLUTION: In a rubber crawler consisting of a rubber elastic body 1, a steel cord 2 as an anti-expansion body built therein, a rubber lug 3 formed on the outer periphery side thereof and a rubber projection for driving 4, a high hard rubber layer 10 in a longitudinal direction is formed in a plate shape, in a width direction and in the rubber elastic body 1. When the hardness of the rubber elastic body 1 is 70 degree, the hardness of the rubber lug 3 is 65 degree and the hardness of the rubber projection for driving 4 is 85 degree, the hardness of this rubber layer 10 is made to 85 degree. The gap between the anti-expansion body 2 and the rubber layer 10 is about 1-15. Therefore, the occurrence of a dewheel can be reduced by improving the lateral rigidity without increasing a winding resistance so much. |
