PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a locally clean working space by disposing an air cleaner having a blowoff port for blowing off clean air in a horizontal direction, installing a working table in a flow direction of the clean air from the blowoff port and installing a transparent partition hood so as to cover the upper part of the working table. SOLUTION: The lower part behind a thin type casing 2 of the air cleaner 1 made movable by providing its bottom with casters is provided with an outdoor air suction port and on the other hand, the upper part in front of the casing 2 is provided with the blowoff port 7. The clean air is blown off in a horizontal direction by the blasting force of a fan from the blowoff port 7. The working table 14 made of a stainless steel is installed in the flow direction of the clean air 8A blown off from the blowoff port 7 of such air cleaner 1 and the transparent partition hood which covers the upper part of the working table 14 and delineates the working space above the working table 14 is installed. As a result, the locally clean working space is provided and the intrusion of foreign matter is effectively prevented at the time of the operation to pack sub-divided foodstuffs, etc. |
