<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a plate product's cost while the number of process flows can be reduced and an operation is simplified as well. SOLUTION: This manufacture method has a process to coat a metal plate 11 with a polymer, and another process to form an electro casting basic mold by carrying out a laser processing wherein a mask 14, which being equipped with a given mask pattern, is placed over the polymer coated metal plate 11 so that the polymer is irradiated with the laser light via the mask 14. In this case, a fine and high precision processing can be carried out by means of the laser processing. Also, after the electro casting basic mold is formed by the laser processing, the number of processing can be reduced and the operation can be simplified, since the plate product is manufactured simultaneously when an electro phoretic peeling is taken place.</p> |
