PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the shaving ability and usability of an oscillating razor with a simple structure only by improving existing two support holes of the razor head. SOLUTION: Support holes of the razor head 1 with an edge are formed separately from each other, and two support arms 4 with support protrusions to be inserted into two support holes are attached to the holder 2 of this razor. The razor head 1 is supported by the two support holes rotatable around the two support protrusions of the two support arms 4, so that the razor head 1 can oscillate about the holder 2. The razor head 1 has kinetic functions to oscillate following applied force not only in the directionθ, which is its original oscillation direction, but also in other directions, for example, the vertical direction X and the front/rear direction Y which are along the oscillation plate V including the oscillation directionθand orthogonally cross the rotation axis connecting support protrusions, or on the inclined plate W orthogonally crossing the oscillation plane V.
