<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a new brewage by adding a vegetable component of a fruit, etc., to a refined Sake. SOLUTION: This method for producing a new brewage comprises adding an extract solution obtained by extracting a tissue of a vegetable or an animal to an unrefined soy in a method for producing a brewage comprising saccharifying rice by an action of Aspergillus oryzae and further making an alcohol to be fermented by an action of a yeast plant to prepare the unrefined soy and a process filtering the unrefined soy.</p> |
