PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject product suppressing a strong resistance to teeth and capable of exhibiting a new light eat feeling by winding a paste sheet in a direction in which notches thereof turn around the longitudinal axis of an ingredient. SOLUTION: This wound paste product consists of a paste sheet 11 formed with many notches 12 and an ingredient (e.g.; Vienna sausage, a rod like piece of a meat, a piece of asparagus and a rod like cheese) 13, and is obtained by winding the sheet 11 in a direction in which notches 12 thereof turn around the longitudinal axis direction of the ingredient 13. For example, the product 10 is obtained by extruding a fish meat paste in a constant thickness, coagulating it by a steam heating at 80-95 deg.C, forming notches at a set interval before or just after the coagulation so as to leave 0.2-0.3 mm connecting part, or the like, to obtain the sheet 11, applying an adhesive material for preventing the opening up thinly, winding the sheet 11 using the ingredient 13 as a core and in a direction in which notches thereof turn around the longitudinal axis of the ingredient 13, and then heating and coagulating the sheet 11 wrapped over the ingredient. |
