PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap used for a squeeze container wherein a liquid content can be mixed well for pouring, a pouring path can be stably opened/closed, and liquid can be prevented from leaking when the container falls down. SOLUTION: The cap 10 has a cap body 11 and an upper lid 12. In this case, a self-closing valve 14 is provided on a flow path 11F communicating with a pouring nozzle 11C of the cap body 11, wherein the self-closing valve 14 includes a slit 14C on a plate-like elastic body crossing the flow path 11F, and the slit 14C can be opened by a predetermined internal pressure in a container. |
