PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peripheral edge of a discharging opening opened by a pull ring pulled up forcibly from being made ragged by a series of many bending lines, with the result that a discharged liquid sticks to the peripheral edge. SOLUTION: A top-wall part with a pull ring 7 for removal, formed by providing a thin line 4 for severing, has an inverted-container-shaped part 5 whose lower face is open and upper face is closed. Also, an inner tube 9 is suspended from a top-wall part which is further outside than the thin line 4 for severing. A discharging-tube member 21, in which a discharging tube 23 is erected from the peripheral edge of the opening in the middle of the top plate 22 and a peripheral wall 24 is suspended from the periphery of the top plate, is provided. And, the peripheral wall 24 is tightly fitted inside the internal face of the inner tube 9 so as to be impervious to water. Also, the discharging tube 23 is fitted into the inverted-container-shaped part 5. |
