PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device that can suitably combine functions required for a plurality of treatments that an operator intends to carry out. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a hand piece 40 having an ultrasonic vibrator and a treatment part ultrasonically vibrated and provided with an at least bipolar conductive part; a water supply source 56 and a suction source 57 for supplying water to a treated part and sucking from the treated part; and a driving device 16 having an ultrasonic oscillating circuit 51 for generating electric energy to vibrate the ultrasonic vibrator, a bipolar output circuit 52 for generating electric energy for cauterizing tissue to supply it to the at least bipolar conductive part, and a control circuit 50 for integrally controlling the water supply source 56, the suction source 57, the ultrasonic oscillating circuit 51 and the bipolar output circuit 52. At least two treatments out of tissue coagulation incision by ultrasonic vibration, ultrasonic suction and tissue cauterization by an electric knife are performed simultaneously or by switching. |
