<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject emulsion, showing good resistance to aging and stability against temperature changes, keeping good cosmetic characteristics, and efficiently prevented from transferring, by including an emulsion-based system, e.g., an oxyalkylenated silicone. SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type emulsion is composed of an aqueous phase and fat phase containing silicone oil, containing at least one type ofα,ω-substituted alkylenated silicone shown by formula I [R is (CH2 )p -O-(C2 H4 O)x (C3 H6 O)y R<1> (R<1> is H, CH3 or the like; (p) is 1 to 5; (x) is 1 to 100; (y) is 0 to 50; R<2> is a 1-3C alkyl or phenyl; and 5<=(m)<=300)], and an emulsion system containing a surfactant selected from the group consisting of glycol mono- and/or di-esters, glyceryl mono-, di- and/or tri-ester, and a mixture thereof. The preferable C2 H4 O unit/C3 H6 O unit wt. ratio is (100:10) to (20:80).</p> |
