PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation mechanism for opening or closing a delivery valve by forming the delivery valve disposed in a liquid ejection path of a portable washer with that in a valve device body for aerosol. SOLUTION: An air pump 4 is fitted into a second mouth neck part 3 of a vessel body 1 and a cap 21 with a nozzle 55 is fitted into a first mouth neck part 2 while a communication tube 41 sticking engaging plates 44 and 44 out from both right and left lower parts is fitted on an upper part of a stem 33 of a valve device body 31 mounted on the cap to make a passage to the upper end of the stem from the undersurface of the device body and a communication pipe hole a part of a liquid ejection path. Then, the communication tube and an operating member 61 with a delivery valve operable by depressing the stem are arranged through the engaging plates 44 and 44 by an outer end part moving operation exposed outside the cap.
