摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining method for a metal seal part to improve the degree of adhesion of a metal seal part irrespective of a rotation position. SOLUTION: A valve seat 11 of a master model 10 and the contact part 21 of a master model 20 are adhered to each other and the valve seat 11 and the contact part 21 have hardness higher than that of the contact part of a needle valve and the valve seat of a nozzle body. Further, a deviation between the central axes of a master model 10 and a master model 20 is 1μm or less. The inner peripheral surface of the valve seat 11 and the outer peripheral surface of the contact part 21 have roundness of 1μm or less and surface coarseness of 1μm or less. Thereby, the contact part of a needle valve is pressed against the valve seat 11 and by pressing the contact part 21 against the valve seat of a nozzle valve, the contact part of the needle valve and the valve seat of the nozzle body are plastically deformed, and the shapes of the valve seat 11 and the contact part 21 are transferred. Thus, the degree of adhesion between the contact part and the valve seat is improved without depending on the rotation position of the needle valve after machining.
