<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select a person who seemes interested from among the users of a computer network at the time of establishing an SIG(specific therma interested group), and to individually communicate it by using a one- to-one communicating means. SOLUTION: A discussion group setting means 2 sets a content to be discussed by a user, a candidate selecting means 3 collects another user who transmits information matching the content as a participant candidate, and an establishment communication distributing means 4 distributes a document for calling participation in the discussion to the collected user. An establishment communication responding means 5 presents the calling of participation in the discussion distributed to the participant candidate, and allows the participation candidate to respond whether or not to participate in the discussion. A discussion participant selecting means 6 selects the participant in the discussion according to the response of participation or inparticipation from the participant candidate, and a message managing mechanism setting means 7 sets a message managing mechanism for distributing, string, and retrieving the message of the discussion by the participant, and communicates an access means to the message managing mechanism to the participant.</p> |
