SUBSTANCE: system has communication network which has information storage devices, which store information about connections between respective mobile telephones, register which stores connections between information storage devices and corresponding identification codes, inputs for entering identification code, switching device for setting requests to register for specific information storage devices with respect to given identification code. Information about connection which is stored in information storage device is used by communication network in order to establish connection line to corresponding mobile telephone set.
