摘要 FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology surgery. SUBSTANCE: fixing has body with windows for catches, threaded head, bent catches, profile guides, adjusting screw, rod, key, compression nut, compensating spring and diaphysial cover plate with connecting link for body and holes for fastening screws. Bent catches are located directly at longitudinal axis of fixing device body. In this case, installed between two catches directed to same side, is additional bent catch oriented to opposite direction. Profile guides are located on removable bushing. Connecting link for joining with diaphysial cover plate is made in form of polyhedron or splined contour under threaded head for compression nut. Adjusting screw has circular groove for fastening clamp passed through threaded head which has parallel platforms. Diaphysial cover plate consists of two movably connected plates with holes for screws and bent off proximal parts having shaped cutouts forming aperture during joining of diaphysial cover plate. Aperture is similar in shape and size to connecting link on fixing device body and, respectively, on conductor for bringing of guide wire for cannulated drill or cutter. Latch fragments are located on distal ends of plates. EFFECT: simplified installation of fixing device and preserved shape of repositioned proximal part of femur. 11 dwg
