SUBSTANCE: method involves placing frozen meat in refrigeration chamber; maintaining temperature within the range of from -10 C to -14 C and increased air relative humidity by directing moisture-saturated medium through electrostatic field with current density of 20-100 mA/m; mixing separated drops of size not exceeding 8 microns to cool air flow supplied from cooling units.
