SUBSTANCE: nonalcoholic beverage has the following components, kg/100 l of ready product: natural vegetable juice 25.0-50.0; peppermint syrup 10.0-15.0; majoram herb syrup 5.0-10.0; pectin "Klassik" sort AI-701 1.0; ascorbic acid 0.025; calcium citrate 0.6; potassium citrate 0.6; citric acid 1.0 and water - the rest. Nonalcoholic beverage has refreshing, nice acid-sweet taste and aroma typical for herbs and vegetables as its components. The beverage provides increase of radioprotective and prophylactic properties, inhibits inflammatory processes, promotes the elimination of toxins from the body, enhances the immunity of body under extremal conditions. Invention is designated for decrease of negative effect of heavy metal ions and radionuclides in products of agriculture processing that are incoming from the polluted raw in ecologically nonfavorable regions.
