FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an intramuscular administration of alpha-êöì (3 times per a week each other day) at the moderate increase of the dose to maximally tolerantable one; in days between intramuscular injection of the preparation alpha-êöì is administrated by an intraportal route as a bolus followed by increase of the dose to maximally tolerantable one. Then treatment is continued by the schedule for 2 months and courses are repeated if necessary at one month break. EFFECT: significantly delayed proliferation of tumor metastatis in the liver. 1 tbl, 1 ex
