FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing the tabletted form of antiviral preparations. Tablets has a kernel coated by an envelope and a kernel has the following components, %: magnesium basic carbonate or magnesium oxide 30.5-33.6; polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyvinyl alcohol 17.8-18.2; calcium stearate or aluminium stearate 0.48-0.52 and an envelope has the following components, %: aerosil 0.62-0.67; wax 0.04-0.05; polyvinylpyrrolidone 0.78-0.89, sucrose and lactose and for patients with acute form of diabetes mellitus the following components, %: xylitol 27.5-28.8; talc 0.12-0.13; tartrazine 0.03-0.04 and titanium dioxide 1.25-1.36. Invention proposes a method of preparing the preparation "Amiksin" in the form of tablets. "Amiksin" is an antiviral drug and shows the effectiveness against sicknesses hepatitis A and B, cerebro-spinal sclerosis, herpes and other sicknesses of the viral nature since it induces endogenic interferons of different types (alpha-,beta- and gamma-), shows the positive effect on clinical course of disease, good tolerance and accelerates recovery.
