Stable emulsions are obtained by emusifying an aqueous and oil-containing phase with a mixture comprising: (a) an alkyl- and/or alkenyl-oligoglycoside; (b) a polyolpoly-12-hydroxystearate; and also, as a novel component; (c) an anionic surfactant.
