The arrangement has at least two image generation units (301,401) driven by first and second control signals to produce charge signals (VIDEO1, VIDEO2) corresponding to the received quantity of light. Wiring arrangements (320,420) transfer the control signals to image generation units, and a single IC chip card (600) is provided on which the image generation units and the wiring arrangements are mounted. The wiring arrangements are connected together and to a common connector on the chip card.
