<p>A process for preparing sintered articles on the basis of particles covered with a layer of water glass is disclosed. Neighbouring particles of the article adhered by means of a direct physical contact obtained by heating to a temperature equal to or above the sintering temperature of the particles. Said sintering of the article results in enhanced strength and improved resistance to water or steam.</p> |
