Bearing for armature of magnet in hydraulic or pneumatic system

The armature (18) can slide into a ferromagnetic pressure-tube (10). To concentrate the magnetic flux to the pole base, a non-ferromagnetic ring (30) is arranged between the pressure tube and the pole core. The non-ferromagnetic ring has a ring bearing and projects inwards beyond the inner diameter of the pressure tube and contacts the armature. A method of manufacturing a magnet bearing arrangement is also claimed.
