The device has piping containing water and coated with reflective material to reflect microwaves which penetrate piping. Waves are reflected inside of piping until oscillation energy is given off completely into water and heats water. The device has a water through-flow stretch of curved piping (2), above the magnetron heating device (3,4,5) which provides microwaves to heat the water. The microwave device and piping are surrounded by a housing (8). The housing has divider walls (6,7) to divide the housing in three chambers, which divide the microwave generators from each other. Microwaves penetrate the piping and oscillations cause heating of water. The piping has an inner coating of metal bichromatic filter, which serves as a mirror for the microwaves. The microwaves are reflected on the inner surface of the coating and run inside the piping until they have given off all oscillation energy to water molecules.
