The drive comprises at least two drive wheels (2,3) that engage with a section (5) of the inner overlapping tubing (4). The wheels are spaced from each other in the drive direction and are mounted in a housing (17) which consists of two parts (18,19) hinged together along one side so that they can swivel along the drive direction. The drive wheels are connected to an electric motor (25) via a shaft (24). The inner overlapping tubing section, on axially front and rear overlap parts (6,7), leads into a radially outer overlapping tubing section (8) ending in an axially middle section on both sides to form two opposite facing free tubing ends fixed to a sleeve (11). the sleeve has slits (15,16) matching the number and position of the drive wheels.
